Product Description
Brief History
Developed by STI International in 2011, this pistol is designed to provide the public with a modern version of the classic 1911. Among the advantages of the new model are; an increased magazine capacity, the caliber of the pistol reduced from 0.45 ACP (11.5mm) to 9mm, reduced recoil, and a lighter weight due to modern materials. This model is successfully used by law enforcement as well as by the public for personal protection.
Exterior of the Replica
WE replica with minor modifications of the STI 2011 tactical. It is constructed entirely from metal, and all the specific Hi-Capa elements are where they should be, with an active safety on the grip and a hammer safety, typical of the classic 1911. One advantage of this design is that once a certain component is damaged, it can be individually replaced due to the multitude of parts available on the market.
At the bottom, the airsoft replica, like the real weapon, is equipped with a 22mm rail that can support a wide variety of accessories such as flashlights, lasers, and other tactical devices.
Interior of the Replica
The internal components are quite similar to those of the 1911, but unfortunately, they do not fit exactly. Therefore, it is recommended to use components specifically manufactured for the Hi-Capa model. The quality of the internal components is good. The airsoft replica is equipped with an adjustable Hop-Up system accessible by disassembling the slide (the outer casing). The adjustment is precise, and the final position remains fixed. The BB speed is approximately 85-90 meters per second using 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use quality BBs weighing 0.20g for optimal performance.
Power Supply
This replica is delivered with a CO2 magazine. Under optimal temperature and operating conditions, the replica is capable of operating the entire magazine with a 12g CO2 capsule.
