The Edge series offered by Specna Arms is a line of replicas that combines a range of solutions and technologies hard to find in other replicas on the market. It is a series that emphasizes exterior details, solutions that enhance the versatility of the replica, and extend its lifespan.

Exterior of the replica

Every element of the replica has been crafted with the utmost attention to detail. The body of the replica is made from aluminum alloys, improving weight and durability. The licensed Rock Rover Arms markings as well as the Nano-Coating paint that prevents scratches are details that airsoft enthusiasts cannot overlook.

The handguard is made of metal and is covered with standard picatinny rails on all sides, facilitating extensive accessorization. Specna Arms thinks of its customers, thus they have included a polymer vertical grip in the package, allowing for a firmer handling of the replica.

Interior of the replica

The internal mechanism will impress every player. Specna Arms has equipped this series with an Orion Gearbox, secured with steel gears and a polycarbonate piston with full metal teeth. This Gearbox withstands springs of up to 140 m/s.

Another important technical detail is the inclusion of a MOSFET X-ASR that takes care of your replica's components, improves trigger response, and extends the battery and gearbox life.

Another impressive innovation worth mentioning is the ESA System (Easy Spring System). This option assists airsoft players, allowing them to easily replace the internal spring in a record time of 45 seconds without the need for a special toolset. All you need to do is unscrew a single screw from inside the stock tube, without needing to disassemble the gearbox.

The replica has an inner barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm, providing high accuracy. The barrel works in tandem with a Rotary hop-up chamber that allows for precise and stable adjustment.

The Kestrel V2 Basic ETU from Eshooter is an advanced ETU system that offers ease of use, durability, and functionality. The Kestrel V2 Basic is programmable, works with both brushed and brushless motors in high-speed and high-torque configurations, and increases the reliability of the replica while protecting internal parts in case of overload due to motor damage or battery drain.

Functions of the Kestrel Basic system:

-Programmable pre-cocking in 5 steps with piston position learning function.
(the function requires a few individual shots after connecting the battery for calibration)
-Active pause. The replica completes a full cycle with each shot, preventing unnecessary overloads in the gearbox due to performing part of the cycle.
-Locked Rotor Protection, the function protects the interior of the replica in case of motor damage.
-Battery discharge protection. Protection against battery discharge. The motor vibrates, the blue LED lights up five times, indicating battery discharge.
-Low/high voltage protection. The module detects the number of battery cells and adjusts operation for different cell counts and voltages from 6V to 17V.

Power Supply

The replica comes with two Mid-Cap S-MAG magazines of 125 BBs, an M90 spring, and a vertical grip. The set does not include a battery or a battery charger. The replica is LiPo Ready straight from the factory, allowing the use of preferred 7.4V or even 11.1V batteries. We recommend using only high-quality consumables for optimal performance. Reusing BBs or using questionable quality consumables may damage the replica.
