With the PolarStar UGS ™ (Universal Gas Stock), you can now achieve the performance of an HPA system without being tethered to an air platform while maintaining the look and function of a traditional adjustable AR-15 stock. It can be used with any of the PolarStar cylinder conversion kits such as F2 ™, F1 ™, JACK ™, or Kythera ™ and is compact enough to be used with other similar HPA cylinder systems on the market.

The release of the patented Fusion Engine HPA system in 2011 marked a shift in direction for PolarStar. The focus shifted from developing upgrade components to creating innovative HPA systems and accessories that replace AEG technology.
Description
We are pleased to present the Type 2 model offered by PolarStar. This model is designed to be used with traditional AEG receivers from the TM Spec M4 series. The buffer tube slides onto the stock tail, at the rear of the receiver, and is secured with a screw. (Receiver and gearbox modification is required). The integral regulator has the same internal design as other compact PolarStar regulators and provides equal performance even with systems twice its size. The regulator features an output pressure of 40-130 psi, is easy to adjust using a 3/32 Allen key, and can be locked using a plastic collar over the adjustment screw. The UGS regulator can accept up to 900 psi, allowing the use of standard output HPA tanks as well as SLP (SLP recommended).

To operate the system, it is necessary to purchase an HPA tank, a HP spring, and CO2 cartridges.
