Overview
The presented replica is part of the M4 series offered by Cyma but marketed under the P&J brand. The model is called CM.072 and provides a platform designed for long-range engagements. The manufacturer incorporates the latest technologies both internally and externally. The materials used are lightweight, greatly contributing to the maneuverability of this relatively long replica. The integrated suppressor, similar to the SR-25, is a delight for users, while the body impresses connoisseurs.
Exterior of the Replica
As mentioned, this replica mimics the M4 platform. The exterior of the replica is predominantly made of metal, with the only plastic elements being the grip and stock of the replica. At the front, there is a detachable suppressor similar to the SR-25 models. The rail system is of the freefloat type, providing ample space for a wide range of tactical accessories. On the upper part of the body, there is also a standard rail for mounting optical sighting devices. The stock of the replica is similar to the M16; however, the rear part can be adjusted in length for better stability when aiming. For securing a sling, there is an ambidextrous QD system above the grip. The replica is also equipped with a classic foldable sighting system. The magazine release button is ambidextrous, and the fire selector is on the left side.
Interior of the Replica
The gearbox of the replica is a standard version 2, with good upgrade potential. The gears are made of steel, and the piston is made of polycarbonate. The motor of the replica is equipped with neodymium magnets, providing greater power than previous motor models. Both inside the piston and on the spring guide, there are bearings to allow for a more natural compression of the spring. The replica propels 0.20g BBs at a speed of 125-130 m/s, and due to the relatively long barrel, the effective range is impressive.
Power Supply
The replica is delivered with a 9.6V 1100 mAh battery and a charger for the battery. We strongly recommend that you consider a higher quality battery and charger for optimal performance. The replica can operate with NiMH batteries of 8.4V or 9.6V and 7.4V LiPo. Be very careful with the shape of the battery. Due to the internal stock adjustment system, space is limited. We recommend using high-quality BBs and not reusing BBs, as the replica may malfunction.
