Novritsch SSP1 GBB Black

An exceptional airsoft replica based on the 2011 platform, which in turn derives from the classic 1911. This platform, unlike the previous model, has a magazine with an increased capacity using a zig-zag arrangement of cartridges, reducing the caliber but increasing the size of the grip and frame. The model presented resembles the pistol manufactured by STI, namely the STI Perfect 10. An impressive pistol that does not go unnoticed.

Exterior of the replica

This toy is mainly made of metal by Novritsch, with the grip being made of high-quality ABS plastic due to the Hi-Capa platform. This helps reduce weight, and in case of damage, only this component can be easily replaced. The airsoft replica's finishes are very good, with the external barrel being chromed and the paint applied to the rest of the components being very resistant. The rear sight is adjustable, and the use of luminous tubes facilitates aiming in low-light conditions. This toy replicates the safety elements specific to the 2011, such as the safety behind the grip, which prevents cocking without a firm hold on the pistol, and the cocked safety in the armed position, which is ambidextrous.

Interior of the replica

Given that this airsoft replica is based on the Hi-Capa platform, the internals are compatible with this series, broadening the possibilities for upgrades and replacements if needed. The Hop-Up is adjustable from inside the toy. To adjust it, the slide must be removed. Once adjusted, this Hop-Up remains constant and does not change position during use. The airsoft replica has a velocity of approximately 110 meters per second with 0.20g BBs. It is recommended to use 0.28g BBs for optimal performance.

Power Source

This airsoft replica functions correctly using Green Gas. Under normal atmospheric conditions at temperatures above 15°C, with a full gas charge, the toy can fire all BBs in the magazine, and once they are finished, the slide is locked in the out-of-ammo position.

A significant advantage of this airsoft replica is the possibility of using CO2 magazines. Novritsch's team has designed the latest versions of this replica to allow the use of both gas and CO2 without extra pressure on the firing system. The velocity will increase when using CO2, so pay close attention to the game rules to not exceed the safety limit.
