Product Description

Presentation

This Nimrod battery is a LiPo type and consists of 2 cells that make up a compact assembly. It has a voltage of 7.4V and a capacity of 1300mAh. The battery technology allows very small dimensions of the entire assembly, thus fitting into very tight spaces designated for the battery. The 25C discharge rate of the battery allows for optimal current supply for the replica's power needs.

The battery insulations are well-made and the cables and connectors are of high quality. This battery is equipped with a large Deans plug.

WARNING:

  • Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries can be extremely dangerous.
  • Users must take all precautions for any potential fire, bodily harm, or property damage.
  • In case of misuse, damage, or manufacturing defects, LiPo batteries can cause explosions, fire, smoke, and poisoning risk.
  • By purchasing these types of batteries, the user assumes responsibility for any risks associated with LiPo batteries.
  • LiPo batteries are not toys and should not be left within reach of children as they can pose a real danger to their health.
  • LiPo batteries should not be thrown into fire, placed in an oven, or microwave as they can explode.
  • LiPo batteries contain/emit electrolytes, toxic vapors, and other harmful chemicals. Handle these batteries carefully and avoid any contact with the skin, eyes, or other parts of the body. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
  • Do not attempt to charge mechanically or chemically damaged batteries.

Actions Leading to Battery Damage

  • Charging LiPo batteries with an unbalanced charger and without automatic charging cutoff.
  • Connecting cells or other batteries in series or parallel, even if they seem similar.
  • Exceeding maximum and minimum operating voltages.
  • A temperature increase or decrease beyond the allowable limits.
  • Excessive charging current.
  • Short-circuiting the battery poles.
  • Subjecting the battery to mechanical shocks such as dropping, hitting, bending, cutting, twisting, deforming, or puncturing.
  • Contact with liquids.
  • Using improper charging installations.
  • Using improper, makeshift charging cables.

General Information

  • LiPo batteries are made up of cells.
  • The parameters of these batteries are: Voltage measured in Volts (V), Capacity measured in milliampere-hours (mAh), and instantaneous discharge (C).
  • Each LiPo battery has a power plug and a charging plug.
  • The power plug is used to power the device that requires power.
  • The charging plug is used exclusively for charging the battery. (in some cases charging can be done through both the power plug and the charging plug)
  • The battery is charged using the charging plug, and in some advanced chargers, connecting the power plug is also necessary.
  • LiPo batteries are charged with special chargers designed for LiPo batteries that have the function of balancing the voltage from each cell and automatically stopping the charging process.
  • Each LiPo battery has a maximum charging rate of 1.05X of the battery's capacity, which should not be exceeded during charging.
  • Each cell has a maximum voltage of 4.2V and a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
  • During use or charging, the battery temperature should not drop below 0°C or rise above 50°C.
  • For long-term battery storage, the capacity should be kept between 15 and 25% of the maximum value.

NRG cannot guarantee that correct methods of operation have been used and that the charging, discharging, or storage conditions of LiPo batteries have been followed. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement of incorrectly used batteries (violating the instructions and warnings above) and we are not responsible for material or moral damages or loss of life.
