Product Description

Presentation

This Nimrod battery is a LiPo type and is composed of 3 cells that make up an X3 cran assembly. It has a voltage of 11.1V and a capacity of 2000mAh. The battery technology allows for very small dimensions of the entire assembly, making it suitable for mounting in spaces with limited battery capacity. The battery discharge of 25C allows for optimal current supply for the replica's current needs.

The battery insulations are well made and the cables and connectors are of high quality. This battery comes with a Small Tamiya plug.

WARNING:

  • Lithium-ion Polymer (LiPo) batteries can be extremely dangerous.
  • Users must take all precautions for: potential fire, bodily harm, and property damage.
  • In case of improper use, damage, or manufacturing defects, LiPo batteries can cause explosions, fire, smoke, and risk of intoxication.
  • By purchasing this type of battery, the user assumes responsibility for any risks associated with LiPo batteries.
  • LiPo batteries are not toys and should not be left within reach of children as they can pose a real danger to their health.
  • LiPo batteries should not be thrown into fire, placed in an oven, or microwave as they can explode.
  • LiPo batteries contain/emits electrolytes, toxic fumes, and other harmful chemicals. Handle these batteries with care and avoid, under any circumstances, contact with skin, eyes, or other parts of the body. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
  • Do not attempt to charge mechanically or chemically damaged batteries.

Actions leading to battery damage

  • Charging LiPo batteries with unbalanced chargers and without automatic charge termination.
  • Connecting in series or parallel a cell or another battery even if they appear similar.
  • Exceeding maximum and minimum operating voltages.
  • A temperature decrease or increase outside permitted limits.
  • A too high charging current.
  • Short-circuiting the battery terminals.
  • Exposing the battery to mechanical shocks such as: dropping, hitting, bending, cutting, twisting, deforming, or piercing.
  • Contact with liquids.
  • Utilizing improper charging setups.
  • Using improper or improvised charging cables.

General information

  • LiPo batteries are made up of cells.
  • Parameters of this type of batteries are: Voltage measured in Volts (V), Capacity measured in milliampere-hours (mAh), and instant discharge rate (C).
  • Each LiPo battery has a power plug and a charging plug connected.
  • The power plug is used to power the device that requires power.
  • The charging plug is exclusively for charging the battery. (in some cases charging is done through both power and charging plugs).
  • Charging the LiPo battery is done with the help of the charging plug, and some advanced chargers require connection to the power plug as well.
  • LiPo batteries are charged with special chargers for LiPo batteries that have the function of balancing the voltage of each cell and automatic charge termination.
  • Each LiPo battery has a maximum charging rate of 1.05X the battery capacity, which should not be exceeded during charging.
  • Each cell has a maximum voltage of 4.2V and a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
  • During operation or charging, the battery temperature should not drop below 0°C or exceed 50°C.
  • For long-term storage, the battery capacity should be between 15 and 25% of the maximum value.

Airsoft6 cannot guarantee that you have used correct methods of operation and have followed the charging, discharging, or storage conditions of LiPo batteries. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse replacement, as a warranty, for incorrectly used batteries (that violate the above instructions and warnings) and we are not responsible for material damages, moral damages, or loss of lives.
