Brief History

The story begins many centuries ago in the lands of the town of Östnor, which belongs to the municipality of Mora located in the heart of Sweden. The area's soil is saturated with fine sand, hindering agriculture. Out of necessity to make a living, the inhabitants began to exploit this aspect, realizing that fine sand is extraordinarily useful in creating and processing metals. Thus, the lands of Mora became some of the most prosperous areas in metallurgy. Over time, the residents, specialized in this field, passed down their skills from generation to generation up to the present day. Their legacy is offered to us through the Mora of Sweden knife factory, established in 2005 through the partnership of two major companies of the time: Frosts Knivfabrik and KJ Eriksson. This factory benefits from the most modern processing machinery.
