G&P M4 Sentry Upgrade

Package Description

This replica has been disassembled, cleaned, shimmed, and the gearbox timings checked for a 7.4V LiPo. The inner barrel has been replaced with a Prometheus 310/6.03 mm, and the hop-up rubber has been replaced with a Krytac one. To ensure everything runs smoothly, the package includes a 7.4V 2200mAh battery that fits a buffer tube. The replica has been tuned for a velocity of 120-125 m/s with 0.20g.

Presentation

As the world modernizes, spaces are becoming increasingly crowded. Thus, the instances where the M4 was the shortened version of the M16 have reached a point where the M4 is again too long, leading to the creation of the M4 CQB with an even smaller size using lighter alloys to allow for better maneuverability in tight spaces.

Exterior of the Replica

The airsoft replica is equipped with a RIS front made of aluminum that allows for the attachment of a wide variety of accessories. It is entirely constructed from high-quality aluminum, thus reducing the overall weight of the airsoft replica. The paint used is specially designed to be wear-resistant. The stock is retractable with 6 adjustment positions made from ABS plastic.

The components of the airsoft replica are manufactured with great care, ensuring a precise fit that eliminates play between them. The thread of the flash hider is standard. The dust cover flap is designed to remain open to provide an extra touch of authenticity. The sighting system consists of 2 metal flip-up sights.

For a firmer grip, the manufacturer has included a Stubby vertical grip made of ABS with the option to attach it to the rail using a quick-release system. The package also includes 3 ladder-style rail covers that can be mounted on the rail to provide enhanced protection for the hands or the rail against potential accidents.

The airsoft replica is equipped with 2 QD mounts, one located on the stock and the other above the grip, both ambidextrous, and the package includes a QD ring.

Interior of the Replica

The gearbox of the airsoft replica is version 2 equipped with 8 mm steel bearings of high quality. The interior of the gearbox is meticulously processed; the gears are made from a durable and wear-resistant metal, and the shimming is very well executed. The cylinder head is made of aluminum, as is the nozzle, which is also equipped with a sealing o-ring. The cylinder is specifically ported for G&P, meaning it is bored out towards the opposite end of the exhaust.

The motor is a high-speed model G&P M120 which, together with a 9.6V and 2000 mAh battery, can fire up to 21-22 BBs per second.

The hop-up chamber is metal, and the inner barrel has a diameter of 6.08 mm. The accuracy of the airsoft replica is good, and the hop-up effect is consistent.

Power Supply

The airsoft replica is equipped with a large Deans connector, and it supports 7.4V LiPo or 8.4V and 9.6V NiMh batteries. It is not recommended to use a battery larger than 9.6V as it may damage the airsoft replica.
