The M4 CM16 offered by G&G has been and continues to be one of the most popular replicas among beginner airsoft players, those on a budget, and why not, those looking for a lightweight yet solid replica with good upgrade potential. G&G is attentive and does not leave us in the lurch; they provide us with a new model of CM16 titled 2.0, designed to offer the latest technologies in the entry-level class. This toy does not wait for the test of time as the included technology has already been tested on much more expensive replicas in the G&G range.
Exterior of the replica
This model is called CM16 Raider 2.0 and is meant to offer a very good quality-to-price ratio for entry-level users. The materials used are durable, and the quality of the finishes is good. The body of the replica is modeled on the SR platforms; this body not only looks much better but also offers a series of advantages, the magazine release button is ambidextrous, and several areas are reinforced, resisting shocks better. The front rail system is made of nylon, which helps balance the replica. The grip and stock of the replica are made from ABS plastic. As we have been taught, there is a standard rail along the top for mounting a plethora of accessories. From the factory, the replica is equipped with a classic detachable sighting system. The sling can be attached to the ring above the grip.

The gearbox model is the second generation, featuring a reinforced lower part to successfully withstand strong springs and high rates of fire over time. Internal components such as gears, the piston, and other parts are standard. The hop-up chamber is of the rotary type. This model offers much more precise and stable adjustment than the classic system.
Power Supply
The package does not include a battery or a battery charger. Therefore, we recommend that you consider adding a battery and a charger to your shopping cart when purchasing the replica. We recommend using a 9.6V 1600 mAh crane-type battery, which can be mounted inside the stock. 7.4V or 11.1V LiPo batteries can also be used. We recommend using quality BBs weighing 0.25g for optimal results and do not recommend reusing BBs as this may damage the replica.
