GATE TITAN Complete Mosfet

We are pleased to present one of the most advanced electronic control units for electric airsoft replicas. This control unit is called TITAN and is offered by GATE. It is designed to replace the mechanical contact of the replica, eliminating mechanical work and significantly improving the feedback control of the replica.

Thanks to the technology used, the characteristics of the replica can change completely, transforming your replica into a marvel of airsoft technology. The 20 functions of this device will provide numerous advantages, easily configurable via the control card or a direct connection to your PC, or even your Android-based phone or tablet.

The functions of this device are as follows:

Trigger sensitivity adjustment: This function is made possible by the optical sensors equipped in the TITAN unit. There are 5 optical sensors aligned at the trigger, allowing the trigger to be used from the very first millimeter of movement to the last. By using optical sensors, the possibility of mechanical failure of the trigger contact is eliminated.

Multiple firing modes:

• Safe + Semi + Auto
• Safe + Semi + Semi
• Safe + Semi + Burst
• Safe + Burst + Auto
• Safe + Semi + Burst/Auto
• Safe + Burst + Auto (With safety system)

 Automatic cycle detection: Thanks to the internal optical sensors, the TITAN control unit will know exactly when to stop the sector wheel, greatly improving the internal reliability of the replica.

Pre-cocking: This function allows for systematic tensioning of the spring, so that when the trigger is pulled, the response time is very short until the actual firing.

Gen. 2 Burst: This function allows you to fire a specific number of BBs when the trigger is pulled. From 2 BBs to 10 BBs. An important aspect when using low-cap or mid-cap magazines.

Rate of fire control: TITAN will allow us to control the rate of fire of the replica. This function will enable the delivery of between 50% and 100% of the battery power to protect the replica when using overly powerful batteries.

Fire delay (Sniper delay): Similar to real firearms, TITAN allows for a delay between shots of 0.5S to 3S to simulate recoil or the loading of a manual rifle.

Smart trigger: This function allows us that when we electronically decrease the rate of fire of the replica, the first shot still has maximum power, thus achieving an instant trigger response.

AUG mode: Similar to the AUG or P90 trigger, it is possible that in the first part of the trigger pull, the replica benefits from a certain type of fire, and at the end, it benefits from another type of fire. An important aspect when we do not want to waste time moving the selector position.

Battery protection: To prevent damage to the battery, TITAN will interrupt the operation of the replica when the voltage from the battery drops below the minimum safety value.

Low battery alarm: When the voltage from the battery drops to a minimum value, the replica will alert us to this by vibrating the motor.

Electronic safety: The device is equipped with electronic safety against overload or short circuit. When an anomaly in current consumption is detected, the control unit will stop powering the replica.

Mosfet: Above all other functions, at the core of this control unit is a highly capable mosfet that protects the internals of the replica from potential overload.

Test function: This function will allow us to find out if there is something wrong with the control unit and if so, where the problem is located.

Corrosion-resistant coating: This coating will allow us to keep the control unit functioning properly even when weather conditions are unfavorable.

This device can operate with voltages between 3V and 17V DC. The connection mode with the PC will allow careful observation of the device settings, viewing error codes if any exist, to know exactly why the replica has stopped functioning, and last but not least, for installing the latest software version.
