GATE pico AAB mosfet

This is one of the smallest mosfets manufactured by GATE Electronics equipped with Active Breaking. Once installed, this mosfet will ensure a long and happy life for your replica's contacts, and the spring will last a long time before showing signs of wear.

For additional reliability improvement of the replica, the device is equipped with electronic safety. In the event of a malfunction inside the replica, causing an overload or short circuit, the automatic safety will trigger until the issue is resolved.

The mosfet can be installed together with electronic contacts. Unlike previous generations, the nano AAB Gen 3 is designed to work with digital contacts without causing unwanted effects and actions in the system.

The mosfet's circuits are covered with an insulating layer to provide better protection against weather conditions and high humidity. The maximum operating voltage is 17 V.
