Product Description
Presentation
The Galaxy G.26 pistol is styled after a Sig P226. The SIG Sauer P226 and other variants such as the P228 and P229 are actively in service with various military groups, including the German Spezialeinsatzkommandos, British SAS, and US Navy Seals.
Exterior of the Replica
Like all pistols made by Galaxy, the G.26 is full metal. The body of the replica is made of metal, while the grip and magazine are made of ABS plastic. Galaxy does a good job of mimicking the real firearm, but the operating principle is different. The spring-operated mechanism is one of the most economical to operate, yet reliable due to its simplistic working mechanism. At the front of the pistol, there is a covered rail where tactical accessories such as lasers or flashlights can be mounted.
Interior of the Replica
The internal mechanism of the replica is made of plastic and metal and operates with manual action. Cocking the hammer and loading BBs is done strictly by pulling the slide back to the locked position. The replica does not feature an adjustable hop-up. The replica reaches a speed of 55-60 m/s.
Power Supply
The replica is delivered with a low-cap magazine of 13 BBs and a holster. We recommend using high-quality BBs for optimal performance and not to reuse BBs or use low-quality BBs as it may damage the replica.
