Product Description
FPS is proud to present its line of precision inner barrels made from stainless steel.
These inner barrels are produced starting from a precisely drawn micro stainless steel tube, which is subsequently subjected to the following processes:
- CNC machining
- straightening calibration
- internal reaming
- deburring
- ultrasonic polishing
The hop-up window shape has been designed to be compatible with both standard hop-up rubbers and flat hop. The stainless steel ensures maximum mechanical strength and total absence of surface oxidation compared to aluminum or brass. Another great advantage of AISI304 is that it can be easily cleaned with metal brushes without scratching, thus ensuring the complete removal of any plastic residues present on the inner surface of the hole.
