We are pleased to present one of the most sought-after sniper platforms of all time, the M40 has been in service with the U.S. Marine Corps since 1966, multiple versions have been manufactured for this model (M40, M40A1, M40A3, and M40A5), each having various types of materials, configurations, and calibers. It is a maneuverable weapon, and the modified Remington-style stock gives it a unique ergonomics.
Exterior of the Replica
This replica offered by ASG is designed to provide airsoft enthusiasts looking for the M40 platform but on a budget. It is primarily constructed from ABS plastic but with certain internal elements made of metal.
The gearbox is made of plastic, as is the hop-up chamber. The piston and guide are made from polycarbonate, while the cylinder is made of aluminum. The inner barrel has a diameter of 6.08mm and the hop-up chamber allows for adjustment of the hop-up adjustment from the exterior of the replica. The small lever is located on the left side of the external barrel. The replica fires BBs at a speed of 130-140 m/s measured with 0.20g BBs.
Power Supply
The replica is delivered disassembled but can be easily and quickly assembled. We recommend using high-quality BBs for optimal performance. Do not reuse BBs and do not use low-quality BBs as it may damage the replica.
