This Nimrod battery is a LiPo type battery and consists of 2 cells that make up a compact assembly. It has a voltage of 7.4V and a capacity of 1800mAh. The battery technology allows for very small dimensions of the entire assembly, making it suitable for mounting in small battery spaces. The discharge rate of 65C allows for an optimal current supply for the replica's current needs.

The insulations of the battery are well made, and the cables and connectors are of high quality. This battery is equipped with a Deans plug.

Actions that lead to battery damage

• Charging LiPo batteries with a charger without balance and automatic charging cut-off.
• Connecting a cell or another battery in series or parallel even if they appear to be similar.
• Exceeding the maximum and minimum operating voltages.
• A decrease or increase in temperature outside the allowable limits.
• Too high a charging current.
• Short-circuiting the battery terminals.
• Exposing the battery to mechanical shocks such as dropping, hitting, bending, cutting, twisting, deforming, or piercing.
• Contact with liquids.
• Using an improper charging facility.
• Using improper, improvised charging cables.

General Information

• LiPo batteries are made up of cells.
• The parameters of these batteries are: Voltage measured in Volts (V), Capacity measured in milliampere-hours (mAh), and instantaneous discharge rate (C).
• Each LiPo battery has a power plug and a charging plug connected.
• The power plug is used to power the device that requires power.
• The charging plug is solely for charging the battery. (in some cases, charging is done through both the power and charging plugs)
• The battery is charged using the charging plug, and in some advanced chargers, connecting the power plug may be necessary.
• LiPo batteries are charged with special chargers for LiPo batteries that have the function of balancing the voltage of each cell and automatically stopping the charging.
• Each LiPo battery has a maximum charging rate of 1.05X of the battery capacity, which should not be exceeded during charging.
• Each cell has a maximum voltage of 4.2V and a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
• During use or charging, the battery temperature should not drop below 0°C or rise above 50°C.
• For long-term storage, the battery capacity should be between 15 and 25% of the maximum value.
