M-Tac Soft Shell Winter Pants. The soft fabric combines the thermal and breathable properties of fleece with wind and moisture resistance and the durability of an outer layer. The outer surface blocks the wind, while the inner layer of the fabric eliminates excess moisture. It is used as an outer layer in the transitional seasons and winter.
