The M-Tac Patrol Flex Jacket is comfortably cut, slightly soft. The jacket has a high collar, Velcro zipper, as well as a central closure in the form of a detachable plastic "tractor" zipper that covers the Velcro strips. There are two hidden "velcro" pockets on the chest with vertical entrances for easy access to content, as well as horizontal velcro panels for attaching patches. Embroidered eyelets for improved ventilation are found in the armpits. On the sleeves, there is 1 patch pocket with a vertical zipper entrance, and with a velcro panel, with service compartments for attaching handles or similar equipment. There is a reinforced yoke on the upper back, with a velcro panel for an IR marker under the collar, and along the armor contour there are expansion pleats that help maintain arm mobility, even when a vest or gear is worn over the jacket.
